While our units were en-route, a working attic fire at 14 Barbara Lane was confirmed by Ex-Chief Joe Reilly which was then re-sounded by Chief 1-5-30. Engine 1-5-6 from HQ responded first due and made a quick knockdown of the attic fire keeping it contained to only the attic. Also on scene were Engine 1-5-1 & 1-5-7, Heavy Rescue 1-5-3, Ladder 1-5-15, Ambulance 1-5-8, 1-5-9, 1-5-10, & 1-5-29, Fire Police 1-5-12 & 1-5-16, Support 1-5-23, Safety 1, and Assistant Chief 1-5-32 & 1-5-33. All units were under the command of Chief of Department Duane Welliver. There were no injuries to the residents or our members.
